Kay’s Heart Foundation to Empowers Aspiring Entrepreneurs

Kay’s Heart Foundation has hosted a workshop aimed at empowering aspiring entrepreneurs, with a special focus on young women. The program commenced on Sunday April 12, 2026, at the Council Hall Post Office in Waterloo.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of the foundation, Ing Kadiatu Koroma, the initiative is designed to equip participants with essential entrepreneurial and career development skills. She noted that the workshop will provide a platform for young women to gain the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in today’s competitive business environment.

The event will also feature contributions from key community stakeholders, including Yama Samura, Kemokoh Conteh, and Abu Jeff, who are expected to lend their support and share insights to inspire participants.

Key areas of focus for the workshop include career management, where participants will learn how to effectively plan and develop their professional paths, as well as a blueprint to business success, which will guide them through the fundamentals of starting and sustaining a business.

In addition, the workshop will offer direct feedback and evaluation, giving attendees the opportunity to engage with facilitators and receive constructive input on their ideas and plans. This interactive approach is expected to enhance learning outcomes and encourage practical application of skills.
