His Excellency President Dr. Julius Maada Bio has officially welcomed Her Excellency Rasata Rafaravavitafika, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Madagascar and Special Envoy of President Andry Rajoelina. The Special Envoy and her delegation arrived at Freetown International Airport to deliver a special message from President Rajoelina to President Bio.
During the meeting, Her Excellency Rafaravavitafika expressed her pleasure in engaging with President Bio and conveyed the warm sentiments of Madagascar’s government and people towards their Sierra Leonean counterparts.
In response, President Bio expressed his sincere gratitude for the visit, thanking President Rajoelina for appointing a Special Envoy. He pledged to strengthen the bilateral relationship between Sierra Leone and Madagascar, emphasizing the importance of a prosperous partnership for both nations.
