A 12-year-old boy from Sierra Leone, identified as Ibrahim, is stranded between Niger and Libya after embarking on a perilous journey in search of a better life in Europe.
Ibrahim left Sierra Leone with the hope of reaching Europe via the Libyan route, but he now finds himself in a desperate situation. In a documentary video, he reveals that he has exhausted all his funds for the journey and currently has no money left.
His plight has garnered significant attention on social media, with many calling for urgent action from authorities to repatriate him home, considering his young age and vulnerable condition. This situation underscores the dangers faced by minors attempting to migrate in search of better opportunities. Concerned citizens are urging the Sierra Leone government to intervene and ensure Ibrahim’s safe return to his family.
