The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and the Audit Service Sierra Leone (ASSL) have renewed their Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Friday, April 25, 2025, to strengthen collaboration in promoting integrity, transparency, and accountability within public institutions.
During the signing ceremony, Deputy Commissioner of ACC, Augustine Foday Ngobie, and Acting Auditor General of ASSL, Abdul Aziz, underscored the importance of the renewed partnership in delivering tangible benefits to citizens. The agreement facilitates information sharing and joint initiatives aimed at preventing the mismanagement of public funds, thereby enhancing financial oversight in alignment with Sierra Leone’s good governance agenda.
