The review, opened by MoPED Minister Madam Kenyeh Barlay on August 28, 2024, aims to assess progress and challenges in achieving results for children.

Minister Barlay commended UNICEF for expanding its activities to inaccessible areas and aligning its programs with the government’s 5 Big Game Changers and National Development Plan.

The event featured presentations from various ministries and UNICEF, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

The UNICEF Country Representative, Mr. Rudolf Schwenk, emphasized the need for continued collaboration to achieve more for children and announced the upcoming Summit for the Future.
