With deep sorrow, the family of the late Ali B. Kakay announces that he has been laid to rest on Saturday, October 5th, 2025, following Janazah prayers held at ISWA, 2701 Briggs Chaney Road, Silver Spring, MD 20905, at 12:00 PM.
He was peacefully interred at Al-Firdaus Memorial Gardens, 3845 New Design Road, Frederick, MD 21703, surrounded by family, loved ones, and members of the community who came to honor his memory.
Born on January 12, 1949, and called to rest on October 4, 2025, Brother Ali B. Kakay lived a life of faith, compassion, and service. His legacy of kindness and generosity continues to inspire those who were blessed to know him.
We remain grateful to Allah (SWT) for his life and pray that the Almighty forgives his shortcomings, accepts his good deeds, and grants him Jannatul Firdaus.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
