In Loving Memory of Mrs. Matilda Fears Sapateh
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Matilda Fears Sapateh, a devoted Senior Programme Coordinator for the AU–EU Youth Voice Lab.
Matilda was a passionate advocate for youth leadership and inclusion. Through her tireless work, she dedicated herself to amplifying the voices of young people in policy discussions, strengthening cross-continental collaboration, and ensuring that youth were not only heard but meaningfully represented in decision-making spaces.
She will be deeply missed by her beloved husband, Mr. John Sapo Sapateh, and their two adorable sons, as well as colleagues, friends, and all whose lives she touched with her kindness, professionalism, and vision.
