It is with profound sorrow, yet with gratitude to God for a life well lived, that our family announces the homegoing of the Late Success Sahr Thomas Jimmy.
Brother Success was born on 27th July 1991 and peacefully transitioned to glory on 22nd January 2026.
In his short but impactful journey on earth, he touched lives with faith, humility, and devotion to God and family.
He is survived by his beloved wife: Favour Jimmy, and his children: Heavenly Fortune Fachima Jimmy, Redemption Danaya Jimmy, and Joy Jimmy.
He leaves to mourn his passing his parents, Rev. Steven Jimmy and Dalinda Jimmy of Jaiama Nimikor, Kono District; his brothers: Emmanuel Sahr Jimmy, Simeon Komba Jimmy, Peter Komba Jimmy, Joshua Kai Jimmy, and Victor Jimmy, with their families; and his sisters: Ruth Mama Police (in Ghana), Elizabeth Bona, Hannah K Jimmy, Victoria Jimmy, and Dalinda Samuel, with their families.
He is also deeply missed by close friends, especially Madam Agatha (aka Umu K) of 73 Campbell Street, Freetown; uncles: Joseph Jimmy of Kono and Tamba Solomon Jimmy of Freetown; and other cherished family members including Cyrus Konobundoh, Margaret Bondu Senesie and the Senesie family of Jaiama Nimikor, the Bona family of Nimikor Chiefdom, the Nguajah family of Betteh Village Nimikor, CSP TO Matturie attached at President Lodge and the Matturie family in Nimikor Chiefdom, and the Mongorquee family in Freetown.
God father Pastor Dr. and Pastor Mrs. Francis A. M. Mambu, General Overseer of Faith Healing Bible Church and the entire membership; Pastor and Pastor Mrs. Ezekiel Baimaba Sesay of Global Church of Salvation; Pastor and Pastor Mrs. Meshack Thoranka of The Holy Word of Faith Ministries, Calaba Town; Pastor Lefere, Pastor Kemoh, Pastor and Pastor Mrs. Gibson, the Sapphire Family Prayer Group (UK), and Ebenezer Fountain Ministries (UK).
A vigil service will be held on 3rd February 2026 at the Faith Healing Bible Church Headquarters, 6 Warmsley Lane, off Model New Road, Freetown.
Interment will take place on 4th February 2026 in Accra, Ghana.
Though our hearts are heavy, we rejoice in the assurance that Success Sahr Thomas Jimmy has gone to be with the Lord he loved and served. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
