The Faculty of Communication, Media, and Information Studies at Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, has announced a special English examination for applicants to its various degree and diploma programs. This examination is set to take place on Saturday, 9th November 2024, at 9:00 AM on the Fourah Bay College campus.
This one-off exam is specifically designed for candidates applying to degree programs in Broadcast Journalism, Print Journalism, Development Communication, and Public Relations and Marketing Communications, as well as for those seeking admission to the Diploma in Mass Communication. It is intended for applicants who were unable to participate in the initial examination.
All eligible candidates are required to report to the Faculty’s Building by 8:00 AM for identification purposes prior to the examination. Applicants must present a valid national identification document, their coloured West African Examination Council (WAEC) results, and a printout of their online application form to confirm their eligibility.
Importantly, there is no fee associated with this special examination, allowing all eligible applicants to take advantage of this final opportunity to secure admission into the department’s competitive programs.
