The Political Parties Regulation Commission (PPRC) continued its hearings in the high-profile case involving Alhaji Samuel Sam Sumana and the All People’s Congress (APC) with the testimony of Hon. S.B.B. Dumbuya, a principal witness.
The hearing, held at PPRC Headquarters, featured Dumbuya detailing the circumstances surrounding Sumana’s expulsion and subsequent reinstatement by the APC’s National Advisory Committee (NAC). He also shared insights from his previous role as Chairman of the Court-Ordered 21-Man Committee, shedding light on critical decisions made during that time.
Observers described Dumbuya’s testimony as “truthful and sincere,” highlighting the fair and transparent nature of the proceedings thus far.
The hearing was adjourned to Tuesday, November 18, 2025, when two additional key witnesses are anticipated to provide further testimony before the Commission.
