The rehabilitation of the Mongo Bendugu Police Station is currently underway, spearheaded by Local Unit Commander Supt. George Momoh. Situated in the Mongo Bendugu Division of Falaba District, the station has long required repairs to enhance its infrastructure and functionality.
A team of local contractors is executing the project with the support of the police department. Completion is anticipated within the next few weeks, with improvements including repairs to the roof, walls, and floors, as well as the installation of new electrical and plumbing systems.
This rehabilitation initiative is viewed as a significant advancement in bolstering the safety and security of the local community. The Paramount Chief, police officers, and other stakeholders have expressed their appreciation for the efforts of Supt. Momoh and the contractors in upgrading the facility to meet modern standards.
