Poem: Rainy Season Whispers

In the heart of the rainy season’s embrace,
Where clouds gather, and raindrops race,
Children laugh, their spirits high,
Splashing in puddles beneath the gray sky.

Yet as the storms weave their gentle song,
Parents, heed this advice, be strong.
For while the rain brings joy and play,
It also calls for care each day.

Close the windows, secure the door,
Keep an eye on the little ones, explore
The wonders of nature, but stay alert,
For slippery paths can cause a hurt.

Let them dance in the rain’s sweet song,
But remind them that safety must come along.
Wear those boots and raincoats bright,
To keep them warm and safe from fright.

Craft indoor adventures, stories to share,
Build forts of blankets, let imaginations flare.
Baking treats while the thunder rolls,
Creating memories that fill their souls.

So, as the rains fall soft and sweet,
Embrace the season, make it complete.
With love and laughter, and watchful eyes,
Guide them through rainy days, under stormy skies.
