It’s with a heavy heart that we announce the passing out of our dearly beloved mother, sister, aunty, grandmother and friend the late Madam Irene Johnson.
Sunrise: 1st January 1961.
Sunset: 21st November 2025.
Age: 64yrs
She’s Survived by children: Alfred Bangura (Govinda) Wilfred Bangura (Johnson /V.cut) David Ivan Bangura (DJ 20 million).
She will be sadly missed by sisters, brothers, grandchildren, in-laws, nieces and nephews and other relatives all in Freetown and Liberia.
And also neighbors of Lewis Street.
Funeral arrangements are as follows
- Vigil is on Thursday 4th November 2025 at #6 Lewis Street off Naimbana Street @7:pm
- Laying out is on Friday 5th November 2025 at her former resident #6 Lewis Street.
- Funeral service is on Friday 5th November 2025 at the Baptist pentecostal church at Robert Street @2:00pm
- Interment at the Ascension Town Cemetry.
May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
