Mr. Beckley passed away suddenly on November 11th, 2025, after a distinguished career spanning several decades in the private sector, particularly within the banking industry, where he earned a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and financial stewardship. His transition into public service at the Commission was marked by the same dedication and excellence that defined his career.
He will be fondly remembered for his calm demeanor, compassion, and unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and organizational growth.
