Freetown – The Electoral Commission of Sierra Leone (ECSL) is strengthening its electoral processes through participation in the International Elections Visitors Programme (IEVP) 2026 in New Delhi, India.
Representing the Commission are Electoral Commissioner Abubakarr M. Koroma and Director of Training and Procedures, Gibrilla Murray Jusu. The programme focuses on sharing best practices in voter registration, electoral management, and innovation, including insights into India’s Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) model.
The engagement highlights ECSL’s commitment to enhancing electoral integrity, transparency, and innovation in Sierra Leone’s electoral processes.
