In a significant development, Magistrate Santigie Bangura at Court No. 2, Pademba Road, Freetown, has assured a ruling in the case between Inspector General of Police and Pastor Jusu Fatoma after the prosecution closed its case.

Prosecuting Counsel Isaac Yusif Sesay stated that the prosecution has presented numerous evidences and will rely on them. He then called his final witness, Issa Kamara, Detective Sergeant 8576, who outlined his responsibilities, including ensuring registrations of items and reporting related matters.
