FREETOWN, Wednesday, September 17, 2026 — A Freetown man has been arraigned before Magistrate Court No. 2 at Pademba Road on allegations of stealing household and event property valued at Le54,150.
The accused appeared before the court to answer to theft charges involving property belonging to Hajarath Soko Sesay.
According to the prosecution, the stolen items include household equipment, furniture, electronics and event materials.
The list tendered in court includes 15 empty Crest bottles, 22 white folding chairs, six white folding tables, 24 assorted-colour rubber chairs and 24 red-and-gold chains, among other items.
The matter was adjourned, with the prosecution expected to call its second witness, PW2, when proceedings resume.
