A Roadmap to Digital Transformation in Liberia

Last week, I read the 12th edition of the UN E-Government Survey which was published in 2022. That report ranked Liberia at 177 of out 193 countries that were surveyed. The Survey measures e-government effectiveness in the delivery of public services and tracks progress of e-government development via the United Nations E-Government Development Index (EGDI). The United Nations E-Government Survey has been published biennially by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) since 2001. The Survey assesses the e-government development status of all United Nations Member States and has, over this time, established a body of in-depth data sets and analysis.
