As we celebrate 25 years of the Commission’s establishment, this report highlights our determination to make corruption a high-risk and unrewarding venture,” he declared, before formally handing over the report to the President.

In response, President Bio congratulated the ACC for its diligence and professionalism, characterizing the fight against corruption as a notable governance success for Sierra Leone in recent years. “I appreciate the commendable work of the Commissioner and ACC staff. He emphasized the government’s unwavering political will and committed to providing full support to the Commission. “It is a tough job, but I commend you for your steadfastness. My administration will continue to provide the necessary leadership and support to help you fulfill your mandate effectively,” President Bio assured.
