FREETOWN – Attorney General and Minister of Justice Alpha Sesay has congratulated Umaru Napoleon Koroma Esq. on his appointment as Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security, describing it as a recognition of loyalty, competence and years of political solidarity.
In a statement celebrating the appointment, the AG referred to Koroma as his elder brother, mentor and trusted political ally. He expressed full confidence in the new Minister’s ability to serve with distinction and to advance the welfare of Sierra Leoneans.
“This appointment is a testament to commitment, capacity and the values of service that Napoleon Koroma has demonstrated over the years,” Alpha Sesay said. “I have no doubt he will bring the same dedication to the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security.”
The Attorney General noted that the occasion also underscores the strong bond of brotherhood, mutual respect and shared commitment that has long defined their relationship.
AG Alpha Sesay wished the newly appointed Minister success in his new national assignment and pledged his support as he takes on the responsibility of addressing employment, labour rights and social protection issues in the country.
