In loving memory of our beloved Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, and Friend, the late Mr. Ephraim Napoleon Stafford, formerly of #49 Regent Road, Lumley and of the Cabinet Secretariat, Freetown.
The sad event of his passing occurred on 1st October 2025, at the age of 76 years.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Mrs. Racheal Stafford; children — Cheryl, Ephraim Jnr, Oladejin, and Edwin Stafford, all of the same address — as well as relatives and friends both at home and abroad.
