A dedicated group of medical professionals from Marbella, southern Spain, recently visited Caritas Christ the King Hospital in Waterloo, located in the Western Area Rural District, to offer free urology surgeries to local patients. The team, which included urologists, anesthesiologists, and nurses, successfully performed surgeries on individuals suffering from various long-standing health issues, including urethral strictures, prostate problems, and hydroceles.
In addition to surgical procedures, the medical team also addressed urinary tract infections and other related conditions. Families who brought loved ones for treatment expressed immense gratitude, highlighting the relief of finally receiving specialized care. For many patients, this marked their first access to essential medical services at the hospital.
