Sierra Leone’s Presidential Initiative on Climate Change, Renewable Energy and Food Security hosted a delegation from the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa on Tuesday to advance discussions under the Vienna Roundtable framework.
The meeting focused on a package of priority projects aimed at upgrading infrastructure and expanding economic opportunity. Key items on the table included the Koribondo–Turmabum Road, the Southern Special Agricultural Processing Zone, and several energy initiatives designed to improve power access and strengthen agricultural value chains.
PI-CREF officials said the engagement underscores a shared commitment with BADEA to accelerate inclusive growth and deliver development outcomes that directly benefit communities across Sierra Leone.
