With profound sadness and heavy hearts, the leadership and members of the Municipal Secondary School Ex Pupils Association (MUSSEPA) announce the passing of our beloved former teacher, Mr. Edward Bob Kappia.
Mr. Kappia was a devoted educator who served the Government Municipal Secondary School, Kissy Dockyard, with passion and integrity. He touched countless lives and leaves a legacy of wisdom, dedication, and kindness.
