Miami, United States Tuesday, 24 March 2026 Sierra Leone’s President, Julius Maada Bio, has arrived in Miami ahead of the 4th FII PRIORITY Summit, taking place 25–27 March. The summit, organised by the Future Investment Initiative Institute, will convene under the theme “Capital in Motion.”
President Bio is expected to participate as a featured guest, delivering a keynote presidential address and joining a fireside chat focused on Africa. Organisers say he will be the only African head of state at the event, bringing perspectives on how the continent’s expanding population can be leveraged to drive economic growth.
The summit will also feature a special address by United States President Donald J. Trump, alongside discussions involving policymakers, business leaders, investors and global thought makers.
Organisers said the forum is designed to turn current global challenges into future opportunities, supporting sustainable development and meaningful value creation.
President Bio’s presence, they added, reflects his growing international reputation as a reform-focused leader, a champion of good governance and a strong advocate for foreign direct investment across Africa.
